Votester is a software tool that assesses voting patterns in the UN General Assembly (UNGA) from 1946 to the present. Votester allows users to analyze the composition and cohesion of voting blocs and political alliances, and reveal changes in diplomatic relationships among UN member states. Votester uses a database of votes, calculates voting correlation, and displays the results in map, table, or chart form.
