Three members of the Pardee Center research staff conducted an IFs workshop in Kampala, Uganda, February 5-9.
Director Alexis Goosdeel and Scientific Director Paul Griffiths of the European Monitoring Center for Drugs and Drug Addiction (EMCDDA) visited the Pardee Center on February 9, 2018 to learn more about International Futures (IFs) and the potential for future collaboration. The EMCDDA offers research, data, and analysis to inform policymakers on laws and strategies regarding illicit drugs.
In January, 2018, Pardee Center Founder, Senior Scientist, and Mentor Barry B. Hughes served as a lead presenter at an Expert Meeting for the United Nations Division for Sustainable Development, Department of Economic and Social Affairs.
